Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your scheduled meeting, please provide at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled meeting time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting will result in the forfeiture of the booking privilege for future meetings. RESCHEDULE POLICY: If you need to reschedule your Zoom meeting, please notify us as soon as possible to check for availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for a rescheduled meeting, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled meeting will result in the forfeiture of the booking privilege for future meetings.
